Dispute resolution
- EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
- We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not currently do so — direct contact via support@streetproof.app resolves issues fastest.

Map geometry and street data in the Street Traffic Explorer: © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the ODbL. Footfall figures shown in the Explorer carry per-source attribution in the interface (open-data pedestrian counter programmes, crowdsourced counting networks, StreetProof studies); the data-sources legend lists each active source and its licence.
